This class is fitting in so well with my current way to journal that it feels like an old friend has come to visit. I’m using some outside information for my brainstorming, and refreshing my memory of some things that have fallen by the wayside.
For Air I needed to check the medicine wheel references mostly as I haven’t worked with that energy in awhile, but it did call to me so I looked it up HERE I’ve always liked DailyOM so it was a good fit for me.
I decided that I was going to start journaling in spurts after an almost 3 week hiatus where I simply could not get an hour block of time to sit down and journal. I’m journaling on the run now, because 10 minutes is always better than no minutes and I get a bit crazy when I don’t get to do some form of this. So now, even if all I get to do is make a smash-book, junk journal kind of page, that’s what I’m doing. No more excuses about, I don’t have an hour to spare. I have 10 minutes, and 10 minutes, three times a day is more than doable – I deserve those breaks anyway.
I’ve posted my first piece of work in The Trodden Path group as well as here. If you feel drawn to this class, I can say that Galia is a wonderfully inspiring artist who knows what it takes to guide you to your OWN inner creations, and how to get your muse to engage fully.
